When we first entered our room, the door was wide open and wouldn't properly close or lock. This was incredibly unsettling as maintenance took a long time to fix it, leaving us concerned about our safety. Additionally, the room was not clean, with dust all over the skirting boards, which made the experience even more frustrating.

Request a room with larger windows for better natural light. some only have skylights, limiting the view.

We absolutely loved walking just a few minutes to reach Charles Bridge and Old Town Square, which made exploring Prague a breeze. our room had tall ceilings and offered stunning river views, making our stay even more special. As a single traveler, the hotel provided clean and beautiful spaces to relax, with a lovely outdoor patio for breakfast that added a nice touch to the mornings, but the breakfast seating could use a little redesign to enhance the experience.
